Order Processing Times

Order processing can take up to 1 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays. Orders can be placed before 2:00 PM Pacific time for same day processing, however that is not a garauntee. Please allow at least 1 business day to process your orders.

OEM/Custom Orders

Products without pricing require special order quotes from our sales team, and the products are directly shipped from our factories in China.

Production can take up to 4 weeks, and shipping time may take 25 days before delivery. All shipments are sent via sea shipping. Air shipping is not allowed.

Domestic Shipping Options

For products that are in stock at our warehouse, we can ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. All three options are available at check out.

International Shipping Options

International shipping is available for Canada and Mexico. Other countries can be allowed on a case by case basis, depending on the countries regulations for our products. Please allow 2 business days to process international shipments.

Expedited shipping is not available for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at check out and is dependent on the shipping carriers rates.
